Baia Mare -MM-'s Zsigmond Pál got control of the ball when Gheorghe Taşcău tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Taşcău in the 5th minute of play forced F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Zsigmond Pál to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zsigmond Pál didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gheorghe Taşcău went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 13th minute, Ionică Lucescu made a precise shot to the right of Zsigmond Pál. F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Zsigmond Pál successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nicodim Sasu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Taşcău came free, but Zsigmond Pál reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gheorghe Taşcău couldn't finish the play. Krisztián Petres hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute of the match George Buzoianu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but King Junior skillfully saved the ball. Zsigmond Pál took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gheorghe Taşcău, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Kobra TEAM's Cazimir Corbeanu got a free kick in the 30th minute. Zsigmond Pál showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gheorghe Taşcău, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. George Buzoianu kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Gheorghe Taşcău's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zsigmond Pál was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gheorghe Taşcău was the one to do the kick off. Kobra TEAM's King Junior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Gurlui in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionică Lucescu in the 56th minute of play forced F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Zsigmond Pál to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zsigmond Pál showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionică Lucescu in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kobra TEAM's Carlo Bracchi got a free kick in the 58th minute. Zsigmond Pál showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gheorghe Taşcău, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. George Buzoianu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but King Junior read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 73rd minute Ionică Lucescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsigmond Pál saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Ionel Aelenei threw the ball into play from the sideline. F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s Nicodim Sasu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 80th minute Gheorghe Taşcău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsigmond Pál saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s zone, George Mineață stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zsigmond Pál came out of the goal and George Mineață tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Mineață in the 81st minute of play forced F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Zsigmond Pál to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match Kobra TEAM got a corner. F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Liviu Cristocea ran over to the corner to take the kick. 83 minutes into the match, F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Taşcău came free, but Zsigmond Pál reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Liviu Cristocea who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Kobra TEAM's Liviu Cristocea to fire away a dangerous shot which Zsigmond Pál despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kobra TEAM's attentive Ionel Aelenei managed to snatch the ball when Nicodim Sasu made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. Zsigmond Pál made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gheorghe Taşcău in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Taşcău in the 89th minute of play forced F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Zsigmond Pál to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zsigmond Pál made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gheorghe Taşcău in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Kobra TEAM players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
