Ninjas in Pyjamas's Cai Yue Guang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Isaia in the 18th minute of play. Cai Yue Guang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Isaia in the 20th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Walery Kuszczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Rareș Tatulici got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Isaia in the 39th minute of play forced Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalkeeper Cai Yue Guang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Muget made a substitution. Florin Stancu replaced Dorel Dacian. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florin Stancu made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Alex Isaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cai Yue Guang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Manuel Isăilă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nae Strungă kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Joan Quesada got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cai Yue Guang quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 71st minute, Manuel Isăilă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cai Yue Guang was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Joan Quesada. Florin Stancu in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cai Yue Guang, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 76th minute, Manuel Isăilă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Manuel Isăilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Gligor having to interfere. Muget made a substitution. Alaaddin Abdul Alim replaced Joan Quesada. 84 minutes into the match, Muget's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Isăilă came free, but Isac Gligor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Ninjas in Pyjamas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Tatulici to maneuver through the defense.
