Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antal Valentin got the match started through his kick off. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Rafael van der Vaart sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Grandison in the 6th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlton Convine. Glasston's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Carlton Convine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Glasston getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Bengt-Rune Rolfsson hit a great ball. Carlton Convine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Glasston's Gregg Didlick was substituted for Thomas Grandison. The supporters of Hungary booed when Glasston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael van der Vaart didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Glasston's Bengt-Rune Rolfsson got a free kick in the 44th minute. Carlton Convine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Major Barna's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Carlton Convine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Major Barna went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael van der Vaart to strike the kick off in the second half. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael van der Vaart, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 54 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael van der Vaart came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner led Glasston's Jagger Trevena to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Carlton Convine in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael van der Vaart in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Glasston's Bengt-Rune Rolfsson got a free kick in the 77th minute. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael van der Vaart in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 88th minute of play forced Glasston's goalkeeper Carlton Convine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakos Endre to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Glasston getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Jim Schmeltzer hit a great ball. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Carlton Convine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael van der Vaart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Glasston's Jim Schmeltzer got a free kick in the 96th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Glasston's goalkeeper Carlton Convine had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Hungary played a much better game than Glasston and deserved their victory. The Glasston players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
