Tolis Lazaridis started the match with the kick off. 13 minutes into the match, Kania Gostyń's goalkeeper Boruc Furgal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tolis Lazaridis. Arif Oğuz Arabacı hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Boruc Furgal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Violet Skerlev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boruc Furgal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolis Lazaridis in the 24th minute of play. Biser Mihailov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Falkiewicz in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Wiktor Falkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biser Mihailov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 played minutes Lokomotiv Plovdiv got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Licerio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Falkiewicz in the 35th minute of play forced Lokomotiv Plovdiv's goalkeeper Biser Mihailov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kania Gostyń's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Pleban in the 36th minute. The supporters of Lokomotiv Plovdiv booed when Kania Gostyń was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Motta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Kania Gostyń's Norberto Motta seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Norberto Motta the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kania Gostyń protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Norberto Motta had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Kania Gostyń's Norberto Motta got a free kick in the 45th minute. Biser Mihailov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Falkiewicz in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wiktor Falkiewicz was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Violet Skerlev in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boruc Furgal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wiktor Falkiewicz came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Biser Mihailov could save by the left post. When Adam Wnukowski came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Kania Gostyń fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Wnukowski couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Violet Skerlev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boruc Furgal was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Kania Gostyń's Konstanty Domalik was substituted for Wiktor Falkiewicz. Kania Gostyń made a substitution. De-Jesús Haaland replaced Adam Wnukowski. 72 minutes into the match, Kania Gostyń's goal looked a bit too open when Violet Skerlev came free, but Boruc Furgal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 minutes of play, Lokomotiv Plovdiv's Violet Skerlev made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boruc Furgal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Boruc Furgal came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Lokomotiv Plovdiv's Tolis Lazaridis. But to his dismay, Tolis Lazaridis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Boruc Furgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Violet Skerlev in the 84th minute of the match. Lokomotiv Plovdiv's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivelin Rasolkov in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Konstanty Domalik got free with Biser Mihailov in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Boruc Furgal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Kondov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Kania Gostyń's goal looked a bit too open when Violet Skerlev came free, but Boruc Furgal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Alfred Lech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konstanty Domalik did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Biser Mihailov 94 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Lokomotiv Plovdiv were the better team. Lokomotiv Plovdiv's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
