El Lobo

Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jonas Santiago made the kick off which started today's match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Santiago in the 5th minute of play. With an all-out effort, El Lobo's Tommy Kahn threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Antoni Dytrych, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 20 minutes, Albin Holweck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the El Lobo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Jonas Santiago's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 25th minute Jonas Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Ihintza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Ceferino Ekhi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn, 2-0. In the 36th minute El Lobo were awarded a corner. Jonas Santiago went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to El Lobo's Julio Precioso getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Santiago who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Tommy Kahn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Lobo's goalkeeper Ramon Goyo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 54 minutes, Jonas Santiago made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Ekhi in the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of El Lobo booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Jonas Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of El Lobo's Ramon Goyo. Ramon Goyo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70thth minute of the game Jonas Santiago who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 74 minutes of play, El Lobo's Jonas Santiago made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! When El Lobo's Jonas Santiago in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Santiago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the game, El Lobo's Antoni Dytrych nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. In the 86th minute Ceferino Ekhi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Lobo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonas Santiago in the 87th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jonas Santiago got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 88 played minutes El Lobo got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Aztore. 92 minutes into the match, El Lobo's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Ramon Goyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the El Lobo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
