Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. Germany were furious when Sven Krakouer was red carded, 6 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 15 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tony Skarkman in the 21st minute. Ben Kolbe got a throw-in 28 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Andreas Fromm. After a rather tough play, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler got a free kick in the 30th minute. Tommy Kahn acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 31st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcin Cebula. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chris Mergenthaler during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Motala AIF booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Motala AIF's Andreas Fromm got a free kick in the 40th minute. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Lucas Batliner sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tony Skarkman made a kick off. Lucas Batliner scored 4-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcin Cebula hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ben Kolbe got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tony Skarkman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Skarkman in the 74th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Germany's Albin Holweck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adriano Tolin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Motala AIF support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
