Angelo Ferraris took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 12 minutes Cesate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Manolis Peridis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Balazs Lajos went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 16 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Katona Janos. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Vettori in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Manolis Peridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Katona Janos kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Angelo Vettori came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Cesate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Vettori couldn't finish the play. When Angelo Ferraris fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cesate's protests and gave Angelo Ferraris a yellow card for diving instead. 29 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Manolis Peridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Nienajadlo came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fodor Daniel could save by the left post. Angelo Ferraris who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Fodor Daniel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 36th minute Felice Frezza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Major Barna got a free kick in the 39th minute. Manolis Peridis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Manolis Peridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 47th minute of the match. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolis Peridis having to interfere.

During the 53rd minute of the match Angelo Ferraris completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Angelo Ferraris a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Cesate's Angelo Ferraris got a free kick in the 54th minute. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manolis Peridis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Vettori in the 63rd minute of the match. Amedeo Angelini ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fedele Colonna was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fedele Colonna in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Cesate's Manolis Peridis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Cesate from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Cesate's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Manolis Peridis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Manolis Peridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Manolis Peridis could save by the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Vettori came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Hungary's Balazs Lajos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manolis Peridis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
