Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Amadeu Quintal took the kick off in the first half of the match. Amedeo Scrima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 2nd minute, Frank Peletier made a precise shot to the right of Amedeo Scrima. Atletico Roma's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Peletier in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amedeo Scrima prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Fulvio Carosella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Fulvio Carosella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maxence Durand hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Quintal in the 10th minute of play. Amedeo Scrima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean Bombelles to maneuver through the defense. Amedeo Scrima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeu Quintal hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Atletico Roma's Amedeo Scrima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 25th minute of play. When France's Frank Peletier in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atletico Roma's goalie prevented a goal. If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Atletico Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Peletier came free, but Amedeo Scrima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40thth minute of the game Amadeu Quintal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Liu Nan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Roma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liu Nan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeu Quintal during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 45 played minutes Atletico Roma got a freekick which was hit by Amadeu Quintal. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Amedeo Scrima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Frank Peletier made the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, one of Atletico Roma:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Amedeo Scrima, was totally fooled by France's David Barbier, who 52 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 56 minutes into the match, Atletico Roma's goalkeeper Amedeo Scrima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. Camille Baume struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Amedeo Scrima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. 59 minutes into the game, Alexis Bruneau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. France's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Roma the free kick. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Alexis Bruneau hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Amadeu Quintal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Amedeo Scrima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Baume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atletico Roma's Lúcio de Queiroz was substituted for Liu Nan. Atletico Roma were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after France's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Armin Caponera took the corner. David Barbier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amedeo Scrima having to make a save. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Loreto in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 played minutes Atletico Roma got a freekick which was hit by Armin Caponera. Frank Peletier came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Amedeo Scrima could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Atletico Roma's Fulvio Carosella got a free kick in the 86th minute. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Amedeo Scrima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amedeo Scrima made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Camille Baume sent off a good shot on target. France's Henry Robiquet managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ciccio Di Meo in the 94 minute of the game. Amedeo Scrima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 97th minute of play. In the 98th minute of the match France got a corner. Atletico Roma's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David Barbier ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in David Barbier almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atletico Roma's Amedeo Scrima did a great save. France's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
