Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edward Vanderstraeten got the match started through his kick off. FC Alytus United's Edvīns van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarūnas Kuliešius got free with Casper Claes in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvīns van der Sar having to make a save. The supporters of Belgium booed when FC Alytus United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Antunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Alytus United's goalkeeper Edvīns van der Sar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edvīns van der Sar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Siebe Michiels went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jarūnas Kuliešius made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Vanderstraeten in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvīns van der Sar saved FC Alytus United from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edvīns van der Sar. Edvīns van der Sar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Yves Dervaux recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. The FC Alytus United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Belgium were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
