With his leg Alexander Higgins managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Milagro Sobre Césped's Teofilo Cefero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 17th match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert McNeill to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Higgins didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Milagro Sobre Césped's Teofilo Cefero shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Zac O'Donnell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Van Lint having to interfere. When Teofilo Cefero in the 29th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Alexander Higgins kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 3-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Milagro Sobre Césped's goalkeeper Carlos Van Lint, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Teofilo Cefero took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Alexander Higgins to make any attempt to save it. Leon Txatxu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexander Higgins having to make a save. Ashton Nelson's late challenge caught a Milagro Sobre Césped's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ashton Nelson helped the player get up and apologised. Ashton Nelson kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teofilo Cefero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Milagro Sobre Césped's Teofilo Cefero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Higgins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Alexander Higgins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Cefero in the 58th minute of the match. If Omar Cordairo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zac O'Donnell in the 62nd minute of play forced Milagro Sobre Césped's goalkeeper Carlos Van Lint to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alistair Morrison hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 66 minutes of play, Milagro Sobre Césped's Teofilo Cefero made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Higgins was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fletcher Main kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to Milagro Sobre Césped getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Wayne Wauters hit a great ball. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Cefero, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Teofilo Cefero put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alexander Higgins. Zac O'Donnell hit a great ball. In the 91st minute Leon Txatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Cefero in the 98th minute of play. Milagro Sobre Césped's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
