Iwan Dziuma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Salomone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Remigio in the 22nd minute of play forced Heide FC's goalkeeper Iwan Dziuma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Prestes in the 43rd minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olavo Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Prestes in the 45th minute of the match. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Racing Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bogumil Zarobski was slow to take the kick. During this time Heide FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Heide FC's corner Bogumil Zarobski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Olavo Henriques quite easily take care of the ball. Lázaro Prestes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Olavo Henriques made a huge save. In the 85th match minute, Heide FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Zarobski to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Heide FC's goal looked a bit too open when George Orwel came free, but Iwan Dziuma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Racing Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Heide FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
