But to his dismay, Eusebio Elorri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Elorri. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Elorri, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Eusebio Elorri scored 2-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vavrinec Holub, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of El Ridiculo Football Club booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bohumir Kohout didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Kvetoslav Janku hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, El Ridiculo Football Club's Eusebio Elorri ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. With a little luck, Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub got control of the ball when Ubaldo Ted tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Eusebio Elorri lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated Vavrinec Holub. In the 32nd minute Eusebio Elorri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Erik Jilek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Emiliano Oberrauch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Emiliano Oberrauch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Bohumir Kohout got a free kick in the 36th minute. Alan Rezek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Oroitz having to interfere. Ubaldo Ted scored 6-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vavrinec Holub, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Ubaldo Ted got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Jilek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Eusebio Elorri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otso Lumio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Rusil to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the game, Otso Lumio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Otso Lumio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vavrinec Holub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Ted in the 88th minute of play. El Ridiculo Football Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
