In the 3rd minute, Johan Dufrenne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alix Geoffray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Cox in the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Rathmore Lime Tree got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Cosson. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Loth during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Benjamin Loth got a free kick in the 11th minute. Micah Macdonald, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Toufik Loir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Seth Young put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in England fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! After 20 minutes, Johan Dufrenne mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rathmore Lime Tree and the England players grew even worse after the yellow card. Johan Dufrenne hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Toufik Loir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Khalid Kennedy. That made the score 2-0 in the 44 minute of play. Kyle Cox kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kyle Cox was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Dufrenne to maneuver through the defense. 52 minutes into the match, England's Micah Macdonald broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 55 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Cosson came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwin Billault in the 59th minute of the match. Alix Geoffray stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caelan Hayes's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 77th minute Erwin Billault shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gilbert Cosson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Loth got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of England booed when Rathmore Lime Tree was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Loth didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Micah Macdonald from long distance, 81 minutes into the match, got Alix Geoffray's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Kyle Cox took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Alix Geoffray to make any attempt to save it. In the 91st minute Toufik Loir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erwin Billault hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Alix Geoffray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rathmore Lime Tree's Gilbert Cosson got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Gilbert Cosson off the ground. In the 95th minute, Gilbert Cosson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xavier Gallagher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rathmore Lime Tree were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of England for a fine match.
