The supporters of CheR FC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kees Mooiweer didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Kees Mooiweer hit a great ball. After 17 played minutes CheR FC got a freekick which was hit by Lei Kun. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Lluis in the 24th minute of play. CheR FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Haroldo Havier in the 25th minute. Bernard Motowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. CheR FC were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Haroldo Havier took the corner. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Lluis, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 33 played minutes CheR FC got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Navarro. After 35 minutes, Marcos Lluis made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aprígio Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gijsbert ter Kruimer during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

53 minutes into the match, CheR FC's Marcos Lluis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Lluis came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aprígio Montenegro made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Lars Meesters sent off a good shot on target. Aprígio Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, CheR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Aprígio Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Kees Mooiweer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in CheR FC's zone, Wim Wilmes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aprígio Montenegro came out of the goal and Wim Wilmes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CheR FC's Bernardino Pacorro was substituted for Lei Kun. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When CheR FC's Marcos Lluis in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Lluis in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. Aprígio Montenegro made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aprígio Montenegro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. David Eikelkamp hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Markarov in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Markarov came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
