Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off. Wim Wilmes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustaw Nowak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Ciccio Kowalczyk. But to his dismay, Ciccio Kowalczyk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustaw Nowak. Gustaw Nowak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Zbyszek Le Bonniec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Pedro Dracena in the 28th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Nowak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Arne Soned hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Lannister came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt succeeded in the game's 48th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. After the first half Netherlands were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 54th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Gustaw Nowak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszek Le Bonniec in the 58th minute of play. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy from getting a goal against them. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 61st minute. With a little luck, Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszek Le Bonniec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Gustaw Nowak in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 75 in the game by Gustaaf Groeneveldt from a close distance when the talented Gustaw Nowak managed to make a qualified save. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's players were relieved. In the 77th minute, Stig-Arne Soned hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes into the match, Tristan Lannister notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Netherlands's Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustaw Nowak in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 98th minute, Pawel Drapinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Netherlands had controlled the match.
