Spain's Gabriel Ascaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Pietro in the 4th minute of play. Christopher Röske showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adria Bielsa, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Christopher Röske showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 8th minute of the match. Israel Jurado hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Svan in the 11th minute of the match. Christopher Röske showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 17th minute of the match. Spain were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Freestylers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Omar Toledo took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adria Bielsa in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christopher Röske saved Freestylers from getting behind. Christopher Röske didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Aranda went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Mattias Svan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Gabriel Ascaso made a huge save. In the 31st minute Spain were awarded a corner. Omar Toledo went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Spain's corner Omar Toledo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Christopher Röske quite easily take care of the ball. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spain's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guido Eumann was slow to take the kick. During this time Freestylers's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Freestylers's corner Guido Eumann fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gabriel Ascaso quite easily take care of the ball. In the 35th match minute, Spain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Rabellino to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mattias Svan.

Freestylers made a substitution. Matthias Büssinger replaced Mattias Svan. Adria Bielsa hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The supporters of Spain booed when Freestylers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathias Abstreiter didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 played minutes Spain got a freekick which was hit by Adria Bielsa. In the 61st minute Musa Bardakçı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute of the match Freestylers got a corner. Spain's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guido Eumann ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Freestylers's Guido Eumann to fire away a dangerous shot which Gabriel Ascaso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 64th minute of play forced Freestylers's goalkeeper Christopher Röske to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Pietro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adria Bielsa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Christopher Röske tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Freestylers made a substitution. Olli Schütz replaced Guido Eumann. Spain made a substitution. Carles Cherro replaced Omar Toledo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 75th minute of play forced Freestylers's goalkeeper Christopher Röske to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Ascaso came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Freestylers's Mathias Abstreiter. But to his dismay, Mathias Abstreiter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Christopher Röske made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Ruiz in the 97th minute of play. Spain were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
