Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antal Valentin got the match started through his kick off. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruud Wollans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 12th minute Luciano Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vinos Petrini kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of Hungary booed when Lugano Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Chico didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonas Imre in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruud Wollans saved Lugano Futbol from getting behind. In the 23rd minute, Boros Benedek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Zacarias Pere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balazs Lajos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruud Wollans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Lugano Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Chico to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Lugano Futbol getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Leonel Valerio hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Hungary's Balazs Lajos tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Jonas Imre made a precise shot to the right of Ruud Wollans. Lugano Futbol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hermengildo Liberto made a kick off. Ruud Wollans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Takacs Tibor's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Ruud Wollans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Hungary's Ruud Wollans threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Takacs Tibor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luciano Chico kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruud Wollans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bakos Endre charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bakos Endre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Hermengildo Liberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Ruud Wollans in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
