Sportivo Mela Banco's Loco Gatti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Mela Banco from getting a goal against them. Bedrettin Özguven blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Loco Gatti having to make a save. Sportivo Mela Banco's Loco Gatti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Mela Banco from getting a goal against them. Loco Gatti came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Palestine's Bedrettin Özguven. But to his dismay, Bedrettin Özguven quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Bedrettin Özguven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 16 minutes into the match, Sportivo Mela Banco's goal looked a bit too open when Bedrettin Özguven came free, but Loco Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 played minutes Sportivo Mela Banco got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Rosio. Sportivo Mela Banco's Loco Gatti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Mela Banco from getting a goal against them. Sportivo Mela Banco's Loco Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eser İşcan in the 30th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Joel Vital in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Palestine's Louison Bertheau. In the 33rd minute Eser İşcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Louison Bertheau made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sportivo Mela Banco's Alberto Rosio. Sportivo Mela Banco's Yin Jian Bin got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Sportivo Mela Banco booed when Palestine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikail Jackson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Palestine's Erhun Bilek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Ermengol in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Sportivo Mela Banco made a substitution. Vinny Speed replaced Miromir Ciechocki. 62 minutes into the match, Sportivo Mela Banco's goal looked a bit too open when Anísio Matorin came free, but Loco Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Rıfat Sehriyar replaced Yin Jian Bin. In the 71st minute Sixto Luix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Palestine's Erhun Bilek got control of the ball when Ahmet Rıfat Sehriyar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Palestine's Sixto Luix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Loco Gatti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 93 minutes into the match, Ahmet Rıfat Sehriyar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erhun Bilek. Palestine's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Rıfat Sehriyar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sportivo Mela Banco players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Palestine.
