In the 45th minute Sanda Cutov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Nentakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Sanda Cutov notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis. Vassilis Nentakis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

In the 67th minute Ştefan Magheran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Romania's Anton Stinga to fire away a dangerous shot which Vassilis Nentakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Anton Stinga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Romania walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
