Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Obrero Barquisimeto's Volker Ippig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Di Vincenzo in the 5th minute of play. Urbano Saturnin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richie Vasaburu in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Obrero Barquisimeto were awarded a corner. Erwin-Alexander De La Rosa-Choca went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Erwin-Alexander De La Rosa-Choca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Urbano Saturnin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Volker Ippig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elia Di Vincenzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Xurde Buiza hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierrot Leenpoels in the 20th minute of play forced Obrero Barquisimeto's goalkeeper Volker Ippig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Sao Brasola's Elia Di Vincenzo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Volker Ippig. Volker Ippig yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 32 minutes Obrero Barquisimeto's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elia Di Vincenzo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Sao Brasola's Elia Di Vincenzo to fire away a dangerous shot which Volker Ippig despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Obrero Barquisimeto's Volker Ippig got control of the ball when Elia Di Vincenzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute Elia Di Vincenzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volker Ippig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sao Brasola's Elia Di Vincenzo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Volker Ippig. That made the score 2-0 after 44 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Sao Brasola made a substitution. Eduardo Beilinson replaced Carter Leggeri. Volker Ippig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Daniel Capone in the 54th minute of the match. Serafino Pestaña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Saturnin having to interfere. Richie Vasaburu hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute Deng Jian Bing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volker Ippig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th match minute, Obrero Barquisimeto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Pestaña to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Obrero Barquisimeto's Serafino Pestaña got a free kick in the 70th minute. Urbano Saturnin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cido Cardozo in the 74th minute. Urbano Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cido Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Deng Jian Bing charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Deng Jian Bing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Obrero Barquisimeto booed when Sao Brasola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deng Jian Bing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urbano Saturnin made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Cido Cardozo sent off a good shot on target. After 98 minutes of play, Obrero Barquisimeto's Cido Cardozo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Urbano Saturnin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sao Brasola were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
