Damazy Karwowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Inge Clementsson scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 2-0. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikael Apelquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Willy Stieler got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Willy Stieler kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Janik Vogt hit a great ball. Fresta BK Väsby's Olov Alberg was substituted for Jens-Åke Månsson. Fresta BK Väsby's Henrik Biörnberg was substituted for Inge Clementsson. In the 48th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Biörnberg in the 54th minute of the match. Albin Holweck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Axel Östlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Fresta BK Väsby's Henrik Biörnberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Fresta BK Väsby's Mikael Apelquist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Damazy Karwowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damazy Karwowski ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Biörnberg in the 73rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Albin Holweck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fresta BK Väsby the free kick.
