Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Kajar Püss sent off a good shot on target. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alo Ülipikk in the 21st minute of the match. 1-0 became the score in the 21st minute when Alo Ülipikk elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After having played for 25 minutes, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wim Wilmes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grimório's Wawrzyniec Niedziela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 29th minute of play. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 30th minute. Kees Mooiweer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Wawrzyniec Niedziela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Alo Ülipikk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grimório's supporters rose to their feet, but Alo Ülipikk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Grimório's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wawrzyniec Niedziela came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kajar Püss got free with Arnout Reekers in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paavo Lutsar kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Wawrzyniec Niedziela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wawrzyniec Niedziela came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Wawrzyniec Niedziela however easily saved by the left post. Wawrzyniec Niedziela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 53rd minute of the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela firmly grabbed it by the left post. Grimório's Wawrzyniec Niedziela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Grimório from getting a goal against them. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alo Ülipikk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grimório's Olavi Normak was substituted for 刘海景. After a rather tough play, Grimório's Kaupo Lattu got a free kick in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wim Wilmes in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. Wawrzyniec Niedziela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kajar Püss, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tõnis Kaldvee in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
