In the 7th minute, FC Cavia Pyskowice's Stamen Tekeliev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gabriel Ascaso. Gabriel Ascaso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 10th minute of play. After some careless play in the Spain defense, Stamen Tekeliev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Ascaso. The Spain fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Ascaso should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute of the match Spain got a corner. FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Omar Toledo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Omar Toledo made a great header on Spain's corner, it was just that FC Cavia Pyskowice's Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia managed to reach the ball for a save. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Toledo in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute Stamen Tekeliev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stamen Tekeliev was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 60th minute of play forced FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolek Turak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Gabriel Ascaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Toledo. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Miska Cavia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 92 minutes into the match, FC Cavia Pyskowice's goal looked a bit too open when Carles Cherro came free, but Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Carles Cherro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Spain's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Cavia Pyskowice had won, even though Spain had held more of the ball.
