Martin Bosak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Zbyszek Jarosiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Croatia's Teo Gudelj got a free kick in the 4th minute. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Deissler in the 6th minute of play. Damir Pongrac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sebastian Deissler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damir Pongrac kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Dynamo Kielce's Sebastian Deissler slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ilija Skugor. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. Toni Mauzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Armando Riquelme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Deissler in the 33rd minute of play. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Armando Riquelme in the 35th minute of play. Sebastian Deissler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ilija Skugor made a huge save. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Deissler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Dynamo Kielce booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvije Santek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Deissler, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. If Sebastian Deissler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 48 minutes into the match, Dynamo Kielce's Szymon Zima sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ilija Skugor narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Deissler to make the kick off. Sebastian Deissler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dynamo Kielce's Sebastian Deissler got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Dynamo Kielce booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvije Santek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvije Santek to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Deissler took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Sebastian Deissler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Deissler in the 64th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Deissler in the 69th minute of play. Sebastian Deissler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Deissler came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Deissler in the 72nd minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Sebastian Deissler made a precise shot to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urban Melin during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, Urban Melin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toni Mauzer struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Zbyszek Jarosiewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croatia. If Sebastian Deissler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Sebastian Deissler came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Dynamo Kielce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Deissler couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Dynamo Kielce were the better team. Dynamo Kielce's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
