If Pawel Pan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bogumil Hludzenski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Metod Mlynar, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Bogumil Hludzenski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Metod Mlynar in the 11th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Metod Mlynar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogumil Hludzenski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Roman Tim Tfaruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomil Kaszubowski to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Roman Tim Tfaruk's goal looked a bit too open when Metod Mlynar came free, but Bogumil Hludzenski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrich Slany made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Pawel Pan sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Fryderyk Lewkowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Roman Tim Tfaruk fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Roman Tim Tfaruk's Pawel Pan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Roman Tim Tfaruk booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vavrinec Koleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrich Slany stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pawel Pan's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute Pawel Pan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Vavrinec Koleno hit a great ball. Bogumil Hludzenski made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Metod Mlynar sent off a good shot on target. If Metod Mlynar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes into the game, Oliver Holub was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slovakia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roman Tim Tfaruk the free kick. After 69 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Holub. Roman Tim Tfaruk's Fryderyk Lewkowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 75 minutes, Stefan Havel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slovakia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Havel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Daniel Suchy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Henrich Slany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Rostow, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 86 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Rostow came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Slovakia's Pavol Koleno slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bogumil Hludzenski. That made the score 1-1 after 87 minutes of play. The supporters of Slovakia booed when Roman Tim Tfaruk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antoni Derlanga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Pavol Koleno sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Roman Tim Tfaruk's Bogumil Hludzenski didn't even have to move. When Fryderyk Lewkowicz came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Roman Tim Tfaruk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fryderyk Lewkowicz couldn't finish the play. Slovakia succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Roman Tim Tfaruk had controlled the match.
