Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Han Fan Hong started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Micah Macdonald in the 3rd minute of play forced Glemmingebro IF's goalkeeper Uno Vester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute Kyle Cox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Vester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter Sjöström during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Glemmingebro IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Sjöström to maneuver through the defense. Uno Vester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Issac Dawson in the 12th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Glemmingebro IF got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Veiga. 19 minutes into the game, Quinn Holmes threw the ball into play from the sideline. Glemmingebro IF's Joel Botvidsson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The England fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Uno Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Issac Dawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Kyle Cox came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the England fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyle Cox couldn't finish the play. If Caelan Hayes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Han Fan Hong in the 41st minute of play. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 47 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Issac Dawson. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Cox to strike the kick off in the second half. England were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
