With a couple of smart ball manuevers Major Barna in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guaberto Piorno saved StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Guaberto Piorno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Iruinea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Guaberto Piorno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takacs Tibor in the 68th minute of play. Fulgencio Bingen's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Piorno having to interfere. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
