A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Takacs Tibor hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicu Zafiu in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Albert Zăhărescu hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilian Vărzaru during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th match minute, ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilian Vărzaru to maneuver through the defense. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horia Ostoici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Sabin Plopan got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s goalkeeper Horia Ostoici, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Horia Ostoici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horia Ostoici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 27th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Plopan. Horia Ostoici dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horia Ostoici having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcel Zbughină stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Sabin Plopan fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s protests and gave Sabin Plopan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th minute, Sabin Plopan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antal Valentin's shot from long distance in the 55th minute was not bad at all, but ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Horia Ostoici knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcel Zbughină's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcel Zbughină helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 played minutes ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Zbughină. In the 60th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horia Ostoici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Horia Ostoici made a huge save. The supporters of Hungary booed when ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Tilincă didn't get a good kick on the ball. ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ made a substitution. Dumitru Boboc replaced Nicu Zafiu. A collision led to ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Aron Tilincă hit a great ball. After some careless play in the ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horia Ostoici. The ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horia Ostoici should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute Hegedus Henrik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horia Ostoici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Hungary's Hegedus Henrik ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horia Ostoici. Horia Ostoici yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Dumitru Boboc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
