Jon Cubero might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zula Kosiorek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jon Cubero ran back to his position shaking his head. Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Aranda in the 10th minute of play. When Spain's David Aranda, in the 11th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Spain. The audience was convinced that Omar Toledo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zula Kosiorek was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Perkowski in the 15th minute of play. Wladyslaw Magdziarz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Gabriel Ascaso made a huge save. Zula Kosiorek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Toledo in the 25th minute of play forced Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Zula Kosiorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladyslaw Magdziarz in the 28th minute of play. With his leg Gabriel Ascaso managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Szczakowianka's Benedykt Perkowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 33rd minute, Adria Bielsa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zula Kosiorek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If David Aranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Leo Eguzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Szczakowianka's Zeledon Lain got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Omar Toledo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Szczakowianka's Donald Voldfrom was substituted for Wladyslaw Magdziarz. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Omar Toledo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Spain's Omar Toledo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zula Kosiorek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Gabriel Ascaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Voldfrom, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Zula Kosiorek made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Omar Toledo sent off a good shot on target. In a very dangerous position, a player in Spain fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Szczakowianka. Gitano Adán stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gabriel Ascaso. 1-2. The supporters of Spain booed when Szczakowianka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ye Guo Ran didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Szczakowianka getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ye Guo Ran hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Spain's zone, Benedykt Perkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Ascaso came out of the goal and Benedykt Perkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yan Chen Yan kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Spain's Adria Bielsa tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Carles Cherro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedykt Perkowski in the 80th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th match minute, Szczakowianka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Blicharz to maneuver through the defense. Spain's Jon Cubero shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Zula Kosiorek but with some difficulty. Zula Kosiorek made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Carles Cherro sent off a good shot on target. Zula Kosiorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Ruiz in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Ruiz in the 96th minute of play forced Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Zula Kosiorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Spain left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Szczakowianka.
