Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adnan Tokur went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cankut Şenyurt during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Germany booed when TC☆ Keskin Nişancı™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cankut Şenyurt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute of the match Frank Sachs sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mazhar Durucan skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mazhar Durucan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Ahmet Ozan Sağun kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 3-1 in the 29 minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mazhar Durucan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 48th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazhar Durucan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adnan Tokur made a kick off. This resulted in a 3-3 score and a disappointed Mazhar Durucan as he didn't even see the shot coming. Raik Ersal got a throw-in 75 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Aybars Onurad. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Ozan Sağun in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Germany booed when TC☆ Keskin Nişancı™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cankut Şenyurt didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Mazhar Durucan in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Ozan Sağun, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adnan Tokur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germany were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
