Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin made the kick off and thus started the match. Antal Valentin might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Higinio Brion. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antal Valentin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 10th minute of play forced Carboncito's goalkeeper Higinio Brion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Carboncito's Orlando Beti got a free kick in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Higinio Brion. Carboncito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Hungary booed when Carboncito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Prejun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Carboncito's goalkeeper Higinio Brion, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Carboncito's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Brion came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Higinio Brion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Higinio Brion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carboncito's Higinio Brion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 29th minute of play. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Carboncito's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Brion came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Higinio Brion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cosme Sugar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jacobo Orland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Carboncito's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. 60 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Prejun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carboncito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Higinio Brion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Katona Janos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Higinio Brion quite easily take care of the ball. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Brion having to interfere. Hegedus Henrik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Carboncito's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Higinio Brion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Generoso Alonso's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Generoso Alonso helped the player get up and apologised. Generoso Alonso kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Higinio Brion made a huge save. After 85 minutes, Orlando Beti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carboncito and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card.
