With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustaquio Ondino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Fernan Gurutz came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Frisia AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernan Gurutz couldn't finish the play. Eustaquio Ondino was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Santo Panpili capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Sadurni made a kick off.
