Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timmy Friberger to make the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Linus Schwerner in the 55th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Björkö BK's Mauro Paixão. The audience was convinced that Elias Strömqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game.
