The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute, Ponc Calderona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Ruch Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. KS Ruch Chorzów's Erez Manco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miromir Gdowski in the 13th minute of play. KS Ruch Chorzów's Erez Manco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save KS Ruch Chorzów from getting a goal against them. Kent Beckeman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beniamin Wielowiejski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Glentown FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Karol Madajczyk was slow to take the kick. During this time KS Ruch Chorzów's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, KS Ruch Chorzów's Erez Manco got control of the ball when Hasta Alfonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hasta Alfonso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Erez Manco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kent Beckeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Madajczyk in the 38th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Glentown FC's Erez Manco threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miromir Gdowski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 47th minute, Miromir Gdowski fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Erez Manco, passed just outside the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Glentown FC's Hồ Linda was substituted for Harry Papa. Kent Beckeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beniamin Wielowiejski in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Karol Madajczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes in the game Emerson Palmieri did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Karol Madajczyk. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Glentown FC's goalie and right to Beniamin Wielowiejski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Glentown FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 79 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's Ronaldinho Miguel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erez Manco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Bob Budovnits in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Glentown FC's Tom Lindholm. Erez Manco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Gdowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miromir Gdowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erez Manco having to interfere.
