After a rather tough play, Portugal's Graciano Coutinho got a free kick in the 17th minute. Angel Vito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Daniel Pimentel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Vito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Erubiel Mede tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 28th minute of play forced Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goalkeeper Angel Vito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Vito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 30th minute of the match. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Ponc in the 32nd minute of play. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Angel Vito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 39th minute of play. Angel Vito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 41st minute of the match. Angel Vito came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Caetano Moreira. But to his dismay, Caetano Moreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Crottos Crotters F.C. booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Caetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peng Xiong made a kick off. A well-hit corner resulted in Caetano Moreira heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Angel Vito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 57th minute of play. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Angel Vito made a huge save. Damian Diagur made in the 61st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Portugal's Bruno Bastos. After 67 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Miranda. Crottos Crotters F.C. made a substitution. Pablo Solari replaced Erubiel Mede. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. In the 68th minute, Rodolfo Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Pimentel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Angel Vito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Portugal booed when Crottos Crotters F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wieslaw Zarobski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipinho Amorim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angel Vito having to make a save. Felipinho Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Angel Vito made a huge save. In the 80th minute, Felipinho Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angel Vito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipinho Amorim in the 86th minute. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipinho Amorim might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angel Vito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipinho Amorim ran back to his position shaking his head. Angel Vito made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Felipinho Amorim sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipinho Amorim got free with Angel Vito in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute, Bartolomeu Dias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Portugal eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
