Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 9 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lin Shi Qing. AC Collins's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaaf Groeneveldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 18 played minutes AC Collins got a freekick which was hit by Lamine Yamaleev. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaaf Groeneveldt couldn't finish the play. If Alexander Ottavi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th match minute, AC Collins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Slawomir Soszka to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 33 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lin Shi Qing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Collins's goalkeeper Lin Shi Qing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of AC Collins's Lin Shi Qing. Lin Shi Qing was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

Didi Valletta's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Didi Valletta helped the player get up and apologised. AC Collins:s Lin Shi Qing showed great skill when he stopped Gijsbert ter Kruimer:s penalty. Lin Shi Qing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Alexander Di Persio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mel Önen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lin Shi Qing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 76th minute of play. In the 81st minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lin Shi Qing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Di Persio in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 minutes of play AC Collins's Didi Valletta was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 83 played minutes AC Collins got a freekick which was hit by Didi Valletta. 85 minutes into the match, AC Collins's goalkeeper Lin Shi Qing had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. Wim Wilmes might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lin Shi Qing. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wim Wilmes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The AC Collins fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
