Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chris Nygaard started the match with the kick off. If Mikkel Wulff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 minutes, Chris Nygaard made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Gärsnäs BF getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. George Hägglund hit a great ball. Denmark's Chris Nygaard got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Gärsnäs BF's zone, Chris Nygaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wang Cheng came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Simon Bendtsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Bendtsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Gärsnäs BF getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. George Hägglund hit a great ball. Olav Graversen kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dane Friebe in the 35th minute of play. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dane Friebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Frederick Griscti in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Keld Paulsen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wang Cheng saved Gärsnäs BF from getting behind. In the 42nd minute, Frederick Griscti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wang Cheng. Gärsnäs BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frederick Griscti to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng got control of the ball when Chris Nygaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Denmark booed when Gärsnäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Lang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chris Nygaard struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Wang Cheng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. In the 61st minute, Frederick Griscti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wang Cheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bjarne Kirkegaard struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Wang Cheng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dane Friebe went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. George Hägglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes Gärsnäs BF got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Östlund. After 80 minutes, Chris Nygaard made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Dane Friebe came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denmark's Chris Nygaard was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Chris Nygaard's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Wang Cheng skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Denmark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Nygaard in the 92nd minute. The corner led Denmark's Olav Graversen to a score. 1-5 in the 92nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Denmark walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
