In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kings's goalkeeper Haşim Batüralp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Raido Pulver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Raido Pulver made the kick off in the second half. Haşim Batüralp made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Yves Dervaux sent off a good shot on target. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raido Pulver in the 56th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raido Pulver in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raido Pulver, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Haşim Batüralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute.
