Cato Mong kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Fred Bonk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tolga Şakib's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tolga Şakib helped the player get up and apologised. Fred Bonk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 36th minute of play. Fred Bonk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Raymond Engevik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save.
