Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Viriato Moura made the kick off and thus started the match. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tivadar Demeter, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Bai Jun Chong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnold Szuper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Pimentel went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 15 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Arnold Szuper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Felipe Barreto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 18th play minute Bai Jun Chong came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wilson Amorim. 2-2. Szombathely Squirrels's Arnold Szuper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Szombathely Squirrels's Bai Jun Chong nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tivadar Demeter in the 26th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tivadar Demeter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnold Szuper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graciano Coutinho in the 36th minute of play. Tivadar Demeter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Tivadar Demeter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Viriato Moura hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Tivadar Demeter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Szombathely Squirrels made a substitution. Lukas Arlikevičius replaced Luciano Aued. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tivadar Demeter to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54thth minute of the game Tivadar Demeter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute, Tivadar Demeter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Szombathely Squirrels's Lei Jian Xiong was substituted for Tivadar Demeter. Fabricio Andrade got a throw-in 63 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Daniel Pimentel. In the 64th minute Lei Jian Xiong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Lei Jian Xiong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Szombathely Squirrels's Lei Jian Xiong. But to his dismay, Lei Jian Xiong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Lei Jian Xiong blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lei Jian Xiong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Lei Jian Xiong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szombathely Squirrels fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolomeu Dias got free with Arnold Szuper in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnold Szuper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolomeu Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tarmo Elken hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Daniel Pimentel sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Arnold Szuper threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Daniel Pimentel this time. When Bruno Bastos fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portugal's protests and gave Bruno Bastos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Bruno Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Szombathely Squirrels's Lei Jian Xiong nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. Lei Jian Xiong scored 8-2 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Szombathely Squirrels were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Portugal for a fine match.
