Fausto Raymundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute Marciano Padro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Miramar booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hegedus Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Miramar's Adolfo Bertin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marciano Padro in the 27th minute. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Fausto Raymundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Klement Lesiecki notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fausto Raymundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Mariano Cordearo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Raymundo having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Marciano Padro made the kick off in the second half. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Fausto Raymundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the match, Miramar's goalkeeper Fausto Raymundo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. A collision led to Miramar getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Wilfredo Gabino hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Miramar's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Raymundo came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Miramar's Fausto Raymundo got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Raymundo was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Balazs Lajos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Balazs Lajos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 82nd minute of play forced Miramar's goalkeeper Fausto Raymundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marciano Padro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Fausto Raymundo in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klement Lesiecki in the 88th minute of play. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Fausto Raymundo made a huge save. The Hungary players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
