Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Artaç Hendekli kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Knudsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kenneth Knudsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was a well-played corner which Takacs Tibor managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erland Slyngstad in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Knudsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of AEK FC booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hegedus Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Artaç Hendekli managed to get in a good position for a shot. AEK FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artaç Hendekli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kenneth Knudsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steve Triganza in the 27th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match 任远兴 sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel skillfully saved the ball. 任远兴's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 任远兴 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, 任远兴 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Katona Janos got a free kick in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in AEK FC's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kenneth Knudsen came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Kenneth Knudsen in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boros Benedek to maneuver through the defense. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artaç Hendekli in the 66th minute of play. Kenneth Knudsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 68th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, AEK FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Knudsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. 74 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Artaç Hendekli came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bjørn Østby hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Balazs Lajos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AEK FC's Kenneth Knudsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save AEK FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Vörös Henrik hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Artaç Hendekli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
