Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Vavrinec Holub successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 14 minutes into the match, Nichifor Codruț had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nichifor Codruț was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Nichifor Codruț put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Niculae Cioculescu hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, F.C.BARLAD's Dumitru Surdu got a free kick in the 24th minute. Czech Republic's Denis Dostal got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niculae Isvoreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Jilek, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Daniel Bacalbașa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Bacalbașa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. If Nichifor Codruț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. F.C.BARLAD's Dumitru Surdu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Svatopluk Capek in the 36 minute of the game. If Ştefan Crețu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Bacalbașa kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Ştefan Crețu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichifor Codruț in the 53rd minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Bacalbașa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. Daniel Bacalbașa scored 5-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vavrinec Holub, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute Nichifor Codruț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute of the game Svatopluk Capek made a throw-in which Denis Dostal played forward. A collision led to F.C.BARLAD getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Iacob Trăistaru hit a great ball. Svatopluk Capek made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Denis Dostal immediately put the ball in play. 74 minutes into the match, Nichifor Codruț notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Nichifor Codruț kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Nichifor Codruț's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vavrinec Holub was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After having played for 94 minutes, Nichifor Codruț managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C.BARLAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nichifor Codruț was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Nichifor Codruț sped through Czech Republic's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. When the referee ended the match the F.C.BARLAD players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
