Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Godofredo Marin took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Esteve Ariando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Marin in the 6th minute of play. Maravilla's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by César de Senna in the 8th minute. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Cruz Credo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Cruz Credo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maravilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cruz Credo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Maravilla's Cruz Credo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jeronimo Gines made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match Germany got a corner. Maravilla's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Janik Vogt got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jeronimo Gines quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Germany were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Maravilla's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. Frank Sachs made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that Maravilla's Jeronimo Gines managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 41st minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. Linus Schwerner was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 42nd minute of the match Germany got a corner. Maravilla's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cruz Credo in the 57th minute of play. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cruz Credo's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Esteve Ariando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Germany's Frank Sachs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. In the 90thth minute of the game Cruz Credo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Jeronimo Gines didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. The supporters of Germany booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Maravilla had won after a very even match.
