When Chivasso F.C.'s Dario Di Giovanni in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye New Loser FC's goalie prevented a goal. 28 minutes into the match, New Loser FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Di Giovanni came free, but Eliseu Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseu Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Di Giovanni in the 29th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Nildo Lira made a precise shot to the right of Ferdinando Sanna. Chivasso F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Eliseu Negri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Di Giovanni in the 40th minute of the match. Valdomiro Botelho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ferdinando Sanna came out and tried to block the shot, but Valdomiro Botelho slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 42nd minute. Ferdinando Sanna stood somewhat misplaced when Célio Queirós came free in front of goal and shot 3-2 to the left of him in the 45 minute. Luís Guilherme Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Célio Queirós was the one to do the kick off. Ferdinando Sanna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nildo Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Chivasso F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Célio Queirós came free, but Ferdinando Sanna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Cherubini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Dario Di Giovanni dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eliseu Negri, 3-3. In the 68th minute Luís Guilherme Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinando Sanna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseu Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Di Giovanni in the 72nd minute of play. Chivasso F.C.'s Ferdinando Sanna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Célio Queirós in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of New Loser FC booed when Chivasso F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Feltrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdinando Sanna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jailson de Queirós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 minutes of play, Chivasso F.C.'s Dario Di Giovanni made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliseu Negri was left in no man's land by his defense there! 88 minutes into the match, New Loser FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Bolli came free, but Eliseu Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, New Loser FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jailson de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rdth minute of the game Célio Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chivasso F.C.'s Ferdinando Sanna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chivasso F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
