Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nilton Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Casos in the 17th minute of the match. When Capo de Provincia's Aldo Casos in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Brasil F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Aldo Casos scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilton Marinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Aldo Casos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capo de Provincia's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Casos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nilton Marinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Luís Guilherme Galvão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Real Brasil F.C.'s Sydney Rossi got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Aldo Casos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Guilherme Galvão was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Capo de Provincia's Pedro Hernández nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Capo de Provincia's Aldo Casos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nilton Marinho. That made the score 1-4 after 64 minutes of play. After 68 minutes, Aldo Casos made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Real Brasil F.C.'s Nilton Marinho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 75 played minutes Real Brasil F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Queirós. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Riquelme got free with Nilton Marinho in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Capo de Provincia's Christiano Cabañas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nilton Marinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Aldo Casos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
