A collision led to Pracusiowie getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Tanek Pisarczyk hit a great ball. Zbigniew Penc charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zbigniew Penc the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maciej Milko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Arseanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Victor Arseanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manole Tăcutu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Glaza in the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Adrian Dragoș got a free kick in the 14th minute. When Zenon Siembab came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Pracusiowie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zenon Siembab couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Pracusiowie booed when -BZF- Valea Buzăului was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavius Mahonea didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilbert Kaznocha got free with Manole Tăcutu in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute Victor Arseanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maciej Milko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Victor Arseanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavius Mahonea in the 34th minute of play forced Pracusiowie's goalkeeper Maciej Milko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Victor Arseanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Arseanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerzy Glaza made a kick off. Cosmin Galiceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 53 minutes into the match, Pracusiowie's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Berevoescu came free, but Maciej Milko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Arseanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maciej Milko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Arseanu ran back to his position shaking his head. Manole Tăcutu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Kaznocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maciej Milko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Arseanu went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Manole Tăcutu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Kaznocha in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's goal looked a bit too open when Tanek Pisarczyk came free, but Manole Tăcutu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Arseanu in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. In the 84th minute, Victor Arseanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The -BZF- Valea Buzăului fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched -BZF- Valea Buzăului eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
