After a rather tough play, Atlético Cristo Rei's Toninho Tande got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Latocha in the 7th minute of play forced Atlético Cristo Rei's goalkeeper Leo Jardim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Jardim came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by 2kC Poznań's Michal Latocha. But to his dismay, Michal Latocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Milosz Podowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Jardim having to interfere. After some careless play in the 2kC Poznań defense, Toninho Tande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstanty Zaworski. The 2kC Poznań fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstanty Zaworski should have stopped the shot. Atlético Cristo Rei's Leo Jardim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Cristo Rei from getting a goal against them. Konstanty Zaworski came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Cristo Rei's Felippe Sena. But to his dismay, Felippe Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Leo Jardim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Latocha in the 30th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in 2kC Poznań's zone, Vítor Netto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstanty Zaworski came out of the goal and Vítor Netto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute Michal Latocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Jardim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Kolbe kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Konstanty Zaworski came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Cristo Rei's Toninho Tande. But to his dismay, Toninho Tande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felippe Sena to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Vítor Netto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Atlético Cristo Rei's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Podowski came free, but Leo Jardim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Atlético Cristo Rei's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Budzyn came free, but Leo Jardim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Jardim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Latocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Stasio Chlapowski made a precise shot to the right of Leo Jardim. Atlético Cristo Rei's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 2kC Poznań made a substitution. Aureliusz Rybak replaced Milosz Podowski. 2kC Poznań's Milosz Budzyn got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Milosz Budzyn in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Jardim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Atlético Cristo Rei booed when 2kC Poznań was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Kolacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute of the match 2kC Poznań got a corner. Atlético Cristo Rei's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aureliusz Rybak ran over to the corner to take the kick. Atlético Cristo Rei's Felippe Sena got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stasio Chlapowski hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Atlético Cristo Rei's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
