Michal Latocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vicente Berto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milosz Podowski in the 11th minute. Michal Latocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Berto having to interfere. After a rather tough play, 2kC Poznań's Milosz Podowski got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in 2kC Poznań's zone, Romeo Iruinea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstanty Zaworski came out of the goal and Romeo Iruinea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Stasio Chlapowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. 2kC Poznań's supporters rose to their feet, but Stasio Chlapowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Berto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Domingo Lluques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Konstanty Zaworski made a huge save. After 51 played minutes 2kC Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Soroka. A collision led to Real Ayuntamiento CF getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Maximiliano Libertad hit a great ball. 2kC Poznań made a substitution. Aureliusz Rybak replaced Milosz Podowski. Damian Kolacki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Real Ayuntamiento CF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
