In the 3rd minute, Daniel Niziolek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jannich Brolyng was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 9 minutes into the game, when Bogumil Bazan put in a rough tackle. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for LIRA ELBLĄG SSA! 13 minutes into the game, Gerhardt Borgqvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pawel Klejnowski. Gerhardt Borgqvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Jannich Brolyng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boleslaw Wnukowski in the 17th minute of the match. Dominik Kendra struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jannich Brolyng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LIRA ELBLĄG SSA. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Wnukowski in the 30th minute of play. Dominik Kendra struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Jannich Brolyng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LIRA ELBLĄG SSA. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Dominik Kendra managed to get in a good position for a shot. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Dominik Kendra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jannich Brolyng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Frederick Burnell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pawel Klejnowski made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Nikolai Ruthand sent off a good shot on target. Nikolai Ruthand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerhardt Borgqvist was the one to do the kick off. Pawel Klejnowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerhardt Borgqvist in the 52nd minute of the match. Boleslaw Wnukowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Hieronim Tomaszewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. A sloppy throw-in by Thorlejf Hestbek in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Andrzej Lewicki. A collision led to Saco FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Frederick Burnell hit a great ball. With his leg Jannich Brolyng managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Boleslaw Wnukowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Dominik Kendra came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the LIRA ELBLĄG SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominik Kendra couldn't finish the play. When Nikolai Ruthand came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Saco FC fans jumped to their feet. Klement Banaszak charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klement Banaszak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Saco FC booed when LIRA ELBLĄG SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klement Banaszak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jannich Brolyng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Kendra in the 94th minute of the match. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
